Why we built it
Spas and salons already run on WhatsApp. Bookings, reschedules, reminders, offers — all of it happens in chat. The problem is never the channel; it is that the channel lives in three staff members' personal phones, and nobody can tell who replied to whom.
The tools meant to fix that were built for enterprise support desks and priced accordingly. A three-chair salon does not need a ticketing system with an implementation consultant. It needs to send a birthday offer to the right ninety people and know who read it.
So we built the smaller thing properly: campaigns, one shared inbox, automatic replies for the questions asked fifty times a week, and reporting that tells the truth about what got delivered. It runs on the official WhatsApp Business Platform, which means your messages arrive with a verified business name rather than from an unknown number.
For groups with several branches, each outlet gets its own WhatsApp number and its own data, separated at the database level. That was the requirement every other tool got wrong, and it is the one we designed around first.

Your account stays yours
You connect your own WhatsApp Business Account. We are granted access to it — we never own it, never resell your number, and never hold your customers hostage. Leave whenever you like and everything goes with you.
Separation is structural
Every outlet's contacts, conversations and access tokens are isolated in the database itself, not merely hidden in the interface. One branch physically cannot read another branch's data.
Honest numbers
If we cannot measure something, we show a dash rather than inventing a figure. A dashboard that always reports growth is decoration, not a measurement.
Built for opt-in
WhatsApp is someone's personal messenger. We build for businesses messaging people who asked to hear from them, and we will not help anyone do otherwise.

We charge a subscription for the software. Meta charges you separately and directly for WhatsApp conversations at their published rates — we never mark that up or take a share of it.
